Key Features and Benefits
Supplier Qualification Management
Sinergest Suite manages the entire supplier lifecycle, from initial qualification to periodic performance evaluation. The Supplier Portal allows each supplier to access the system independently, upload documents, complete questionnaires and update their own information, while the system automatically sends notifications for upcoming deadlines and pending tasks. The result is a continuous, structured and traceable supply-chain process: less manual work for your team, greater control over the entire chain.
MES/MOM Integration
Sinergest Suite integrates bidirectionally with MES/MOM, ERP, production schedulers and other enterprise software, enabling smooth exchange of master data, work orders, quality results, and process data. This integration transforms quality management from an isolated function into a structural lever for the supply chain, reducing errors, duplication and inefficiencies across the end-to-end supply chain.
Supplier Register Management
Sinergest Suite provides a centralized supplier register with monitoring based on configurable indexes (automatic or manual) and a dynamic criticality index updated according to supplier category, ESG score, and historical performance. Vendor rating is automatically recalculated based on defined time-based rules. The system manages deadlines and certifications, stores documentation, tracks revisions, and enables approval workflows and notifications for corrective actions. No at-risk supplier goes unnoticed.
Supplier Audits and Operational Controls
The Audit module digitizes the entire verification process: from advanced planning to on-site execution via the App, from managing findings to sharing the action plan with the supplier through the dedicated Portal. It supports second-party audits for Quality, HSE, GDPR/Privacy, Energy and ESG, with customizable checklists and configurable scoring criteria for each type of audit. Results automatically contribute to the supplier’s overall rating: the supplier knows what to improve, and you know whether they are doing it.
Supplier Nonconformance and claims management
The platform manages the entire lifecycle of a nonconformance: from the immediate reporting (from PC, simplified views or smartphone) to formal claim to the supplier via the dedicated Portal, through to resolution and automatic rating updates. Every open issue is closed, documented, and transformed into learning for continuous improvement.
Process Control and Traceability
All relevant supply-chain information from incoming inspections, through in-process and production inspections, to audit outcomes is collected in a single, digital, aggregated, consistent system. Customizable dashboards, real-time KPIs and configurable reporting provide every level of the organization with a complete, up-to-date view of processes, with no duplications and no manual data entry.
Sustainability and Compliance Support
Sinergest Suite natively integrates the management of ESG and GDPR requirements, and industry regulatory standards into supplier qualification, monitoring and audit processes. Documentary evidence is requested, verified, and stored directly within the system. Companies can thus respond concretely to stakeholder expectations and regulatory obligations, making sustainability a structural component of the supply chain rather than a separate compliance exercise.
